A new Salvagnini P2Lean panel bender will be installed shortly in our factory and will further increase our machine pool.
The new programmable and automatic bending center will give us the possibility to manufacture complex products with reduced cycle times.
P2Lean can be equipped in a very short time and allows to plan the setup on programmed worklists and even on small lots.
The control software ensures high precision levels due to the fact that it allows, among other things, the identification of the material characteristics.
During the bending cycle, the system detects the material thickness by adapting the bending parameters.
Even this system is equipped with 4.0 technology.
