We successfully launched a new production line for vending machines chassis.

Following the customer’s specifications, we have organized the entire logistics and production chain to supply to the customer a chassis in an advanced assembly step.

The implementation of the Metal’s investment plan scheduled for 2020 continues.

Metal’s SPA production proceeds normally during this period of Covid restrictions. The second machine will be delivered in March 2020 while the first one is going to be installed in these days. It has a power of 220 tons (hydraulic-electric) and a bending length of 4 meters.

The purpose of this machine is to further increase the bending department with increasingly precise and lower consumption machines. The new HG series represents the latest generation of bending technology, the new generation hybrid engine allows a considerable reduction in energy consumption and running costs.

The machine will be equipped with 4.0 connection with off-line programming.

One of our important customer has given us the maximum value in terms of deliveries reliability for the year 2019.
Every month we are evaluated in terms of “supplier reliability”.
This value together with many others allows the customer to draw up a suppliers ranking.
Only the first ones remain active and are considered to develop new projects.
