A new Mitsubishi laser cutting system with Astes4 pieces separator technology will be installed soon.
With its fully automated parts picking and sorting technology the new technology will significantly simplifies the process, allowing a smooth production flow with minimal human and logistics interference.

A new Salvagnini P2Lean panel bender will be installed shortly in our factory and will further increase our machine pool.
The new programmable and automatic bending center will give us the possibility to manufacture complex products with reduced cycle times.
P2Lean can be equipped in a very short time and allows to plan the setup on programmed worklists and even on small lots.
The control software ensures high precision levels due to the fact that it allows, among other things, the identification of the material characteristics.
During the bending cycle, the system detects the material thickness by adapting the bending parameters.
Even this system is equipped with 4.0 technology.
Laser cutting is one of the first manufacturing processes of our industrial cycle.
We have both 2D and 3D laser cutting systems.
The former, are used to obtain parts from flat stainless steel sheets of different thicknesses.
In these cases, after cutting, we normally proceed with further transformations such as bending, stamping or drawing.
3D laser cutting, on the other hand, allows us to cut 3D pieces already folded, drawn, profiles, or even welded assemblies.

For this reason dedicating time to correct logistics and packaging management is really important.
